On September 20, at the 27th Annual Congress of the Chinese Society of Cardiology, the 23rd Interventional Cardiology Congress, and the 2025 Chang’an Cardiology Congress, the "Symposium on the Application of Artificial Intelligence-OCT (AI-OCT) in PCI Precision Diagnosis and Treatment" was grandly held in Xi’an. A gathering of leading experts in the field of cardiovascular intervention witnessed two pivotal launches by Vivolight Medical: its integrated function with AI-OCT Base Model and Cardiovascular DBdata Database (developed by Dongbi Data Technology). This milestone marks the entry of intravascular imaging-guided precision interventional therapy into a new era empowered by "large models."

 

 

About the AI-OCT

 

Developed based on Vivolight Medical’s OCT system, the AI-OCT is a next-generation intelligent decision-support system for intravascular imaging. It integrates scattered intravascular imaging diagnostic data—including lumen diameter, culprit lesions, OCT-FFR, and plaque natures—into comprehensive treatment strategies and actionable recommendations. As an independent research software embedded in the OCT platform, it is co-developed with various hospitals to create customized versions tailored to specific clinical needs.
